Fabler Labs

Chargeback Evidence Pack Terms

Version: 11 July 2026

Service scope

The $49 pilot covers one accepted Stripe or Shopify Payments dispute. Fabler Labs organizes supplied records into a draft case summary, timeline, rebuttal, exhibit index, and submission notes. We do not access your processor, contact the cardholder or issuer, or submit the response. You remain the final reviewer and submitter.

Turnaround

The delivery target is 24 hours after Fabler Labs confirms that the paid upload is complete, readable, and usable for the stated dispute. Upload time alone does not start the clock. We may request corrected or missing records before accepting the evidence as usable.

Your records

You warrant that submitted records are lawful, accurate, relevant to the dispute, and appropriately redacted. Necessary customer and order information may be included. Do not submit full card numbers, government IDs, credentials, secrets, or unrelated personal data. You must verify every statement in the final draft against the original records.

AI processing and retention

You explicitly consent to necessary evidence being processed by Anthropic's AI service to assist with drafting. Fabler Labs remains responsible for reviewing the deliverable. Evidence and derived working outputs are kept in a dedicated private store and expire after 48 hours. See the Privacy Policy for the complete disclosure.

Refunds

We issue a full refund if we decline the case or determine that we cannot deliver before substantive work starts. Once work starts on usable evidence, an issuer's decision alone is not grounds for a refund. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. See the general Refund Policy.

No outcome or professional-services guarantee

The service is document organization and drafting support, not legal or financial advice. Banks and issuers make independent decisions. We do not promise reversal, recovery, admissibility, or any win rate. Our general Terms of Service also apply; these service-specific terms control if the two conflict.
